Any information or photograph that you submit or provide to Anturia.ph, including (but not limited to) questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions, individually or collectively, will become our sole/exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. Moreover, when you post comments or communicate with other visitors or users in our blogs, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submitted, in connection with such review, comment or content. You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, mislead us and other parties, and misrepresent any other institution, as for the origin of any submission. At times we may (but shall not) be obligated to remove or edit any submission.
The laws and regulations enforced in the Republic of the Philippines shall have supremacy over interpretation and questions of governance concerning these terms and conditions. In case of need for arbitration, or when litigation arises, visitors and users agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objections against venue.

Notices shall be sent to you by email using the email address you voluntarily provided to Anturia.ph during your registration. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you legal notice by registered mail to the address you had given. You are deemed to have received the notices sent to you by registered mail three days after the date of mailing.
The owners, through the web administrators of Anturia.ph or through their duly authorized representatives or officers, may immediately terminate the terms and conditions, or remove any or all of your rights, without notifying you beforehand. When such termination takes effect, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the site. In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we shall immediately revoke all the password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this site in whole or in part. The respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination shall not be affected by the termination of this agreement. Moreover, you shall also agree that the site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination.
